Moo0 WorldTime is a desktop utility for Windows. It allows you to check the time around the globe. Tapping into your system, the application lists all the timezones and then it calculates the time according to that list. Thus, if your timezone is GMT+3 and you want to check the time in GMT-3, the application does a simple calculation and displays the time.
There are two ways you can check the time in other areas. You can either look at all the timezones or start creating a list with your favorite timezones. If you regularly check the time in the United States Pacific Coast, for example, you can simply drag that timezone to the favorite list and it will be displayed there. That does without all the other timezones and makes it easier for you to find the one you want.
Graphically, the application is quite basic. There is a tab you click to go from favorites to the complete list of timezones. There are also several skins available that change the way the application looks. Most of them only change the color of the window, and some are, oh, so hard on the eye. Functionality-wise, Moo0 WorldTime depends on your having correct time set in your system; it does not seem to check the time on online servers.
